Erika worked a miracle to get our loan approved. Our previous loan originator left us high and dry with two weeks left until closing. We were on the brink of losing our dream home! The seller suggested we contact Erika at Homebridge and she immediately sprang into action. I don't know how she did it, but we ended up closing on our original closing date! I cannot express my appreciation for her time and attentiveness for our particular situation.

I just wanted to thank you for what an amazing job you and your group did in helping my client and their buyer.



Their lender of choice on the 18th day said he could not obtain them a loan, a VA loan which he should have realized they were not qualified for within the first couple days. They were devastated when they heard the news.



What made this even worse was I was the listing agent on the property they wanted to purchase and listing agent on the sale of their home. So, we had multiple parties that were clearly upset by the news. A true domino effect.

When I called you, you jumped in with two feet, took control, and saved the day. Nine days after you spoke with them, we closed concurrently on both properties.

Both the buyers and sellers were ecstatic along with the amazed agents involved.

Erika saved the day for us! We had a lender that messed up our loan process and almost caused us to loose our dream house. She moved so quickly that we ended up closing with the same close date as the previous lender. When Erika and her team says she can do something, she gets it done!
